HR Director, Oriola, Business Area Consumer
Oriola Group has a solid position in the consumer and services businesses in the pharmaceutical markets in Sweden and Finland. Oriola Group offers expert advice on health and wellbeing and an extensive and high-quality selection of products in its own pharmacies, Kronans Apotek. To healthcare operators, Oriola Group provides a wide service offering covering pharmaceutical distribution, branded products and other tailored services.
Business Area Consumer is one of the company’s three Business Areas (the others being Healthcare and Services) and it consists of Kronans Apotek in Sweden as well as consumer offerings in Finland.
Like the other Group Functions, HR works as a matrix organization with business partner organizations and shared services teams. The HRD Consumer will be overall responsible for all HR issues within Business Area Consumer. To lead and develop the business HR function and manage a team of approximately 5 people located in Stockholm. The HR Director will be a member of the Business Area Consumer Management Team and the Group HR Management Team.
Relevant candidates have several years of HR experience and a suitable university level education. Further, the capability to work as a trusted and respected business partner and an ability to form and implement strategic visions are important. The HRD needs to be a strong communicator and the international work environment requires fluency in English, both written and spoken. To succeed in this role, a business-oriented mindset and a co-operative, hands-on approach are essential. Retail experience is valuable, as are solid leadership and change management skills.
