We are based in Stockholm but perform assignments in all parts of Sweden and, in cooperation with local partners, in Norway and Germany.

Helena Norder

Helena Norder has long experience in general management, sales, marketing and communications, from consumer as well as b2b organisations.
During the period 1992-1999 Helena worked for Eastman Kodak Company in different leadership positions. Since 2000, Helena has been working in the recruitment industry, both as an Executive Search Consultant with a global industry leader and as CEO/Partner for swedish recruitment companies.
Helena also has a strong interest in global development issues and is a board member of The Hungerproject in Sweden. Helena has a MBA from Lund University.
Lars Bingsmark Lundgren
Partner
Lars Lundgren has a deep experience in establishing and managing sales and marketing organisations on a Scandinavian and Pan-European level.
During the period 1991-1999 Lars worked as Nordic Sales Director at Nokia Mobile Phones Scandinavia AB and as General Manager Marketing & Sales at Sony International GmbH in Germany.
Lars has been a hired speaker at Uppsala University, teacher at IHM and is a consultant at Trygghetsradet. Lars has a MBA from Uppsala University.
